POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree (or academic foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or closely related discipline and two years of experience in the job offered or in the related occupations of Research Scientist, or related occupation. The position also requires two years of experience in developing algorithms in areas related to Web data mining such as structured data extraction and opinion mining and two years of experience in using technologies such as Java, J2EE, Lucene, and OpenNLP.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Designing and implementing Web data mining algorithms in areas related to structured data extraction and opinion mining; Leading, designing, implementing, and testing different object-oriented, multi-threaded software within NimbleCommerce platform; Implementing software using Java, J2EE, XML, Lucene, and OpenNLP.

NimbleCommerce is searching for a Linux guru who can help us build & maintain systems supporting SaaS platform for number of enterprise client and millions of users.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
*  BS in Computer Science or 4+ years in System Administration experience, with specific focus on linux networks and systems
*  Strong understanding of Web-based technology
*  Hands-on experience running and maintaining at least one web server technologies: nginx, light-httpd, Apache and Tomcat.
*  Hands-on experience creating web-tools and scripts for various aspects of system monitoring, maintenance, reporting, etc
*  Experience with Amazon ec2 is required
*  Understanding of email delivery system, certification, white-listing etc. a plus
*  Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, Python, PHP etc.
*  Understanding of transaction based systems and security requirements a must
*  Hands-on experience maintaining MySQL database with extremely large data set is a PLUS
*  Software development experience is a PLUS
*  System architect experience is a PLUS
*  Experience in system automation and configuration management such as nagios, puppet, cfengine or chef is a PLUS
*  Strong communication skills must be able to work with large clients
*  Ability to work an on-call shift
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This is a fulltime position. You will:
*  Manage high translation group buying platform for our large enterprise
*  Manage the high volume email system (including email deliverability management & reporting)
*  Oversee implementation and migration of upgrades, patches, code releases, and database changes
*  Assist in the definition and development of projects designed to increase the efficiency and reliability of reliability of the hosted infrastructure
Account Managers will be primarily responsible for on-boarding customers onto our e-commerce platform - this includes training, managing schedules and keeping track of deliverables. Additionally, this person will work quite closely with the Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to understand customer needs, define requirements, and translate these needs into effective product implementations.�
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Account Management will lead or contribute on one or more projects in the following initiative areas:
*  Account Management: Go-to person for day-to-day project coordination including site design and custom feature prioritization with the product team.
*  Technical Account Support: Able to make changes to customer sites using our back-end admin tools. You are not afraid of a little HTML/CSS/Javascript coding.
*  Account Support: Run reports, track key metrics, maintain task lists, schedules and deliverables. Manage accounts and interact with clients and stakeholders when needed.
*  Customer Training: Help educate and train customers and key employees to use our service masterfully.
*  Feedback: Internally, you represent the customer.
